Purchase procedure
Select the item (by clicking on the photograph of the article), select your size and color, then add the item to your shopping bag by clicking; "Add to shopping bag".
Your shopping bag will contain the name of the article, size, the reference code and the price (VAT included, shipping cost excluded. That cost may vary depending on sending methods and the country of destination.)

8. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can cancel your order from the moment you have finished your purchase and within 14 working days from the date you receive the goods.

If the case would be that we get the news about your cancellation when the goods are already on the way to your address, you should refuse the delivery in order to avoid paying that shipment.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised in writing and also by the return of the goods.
Returns and changes
Smash main purpose is that you will be always happy with your purchases. But in case you would not be completely satisfied when you get your articles, you can return the item(s) and receive a complete refund of your purchase. We also offer the possibility of exchanging the article for another one.
If you are not satisfied with the article(s) you have received, or it’s damaged due to manufacturing defect, you can send to us the item(s) within 15 working days from the date of delivery.
In all cases, the returned article should have the original labels attached and shouldn’t have been washed, used in any way, or damaged (unless the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect) in order to get a full refund. Please return the articles inside its original packaging.

Refund terms and conditions
If you choose a refund, it will be made by the same payment method you used, and the time will vary depending on the chosen payment method policies.

Refund terms
